Our nurses have a passion for supporting and caring for people living with dementia. Utilising the Eden Alternative’s Domains of Wellbeing™ our nurses work closely with you, your carer and GP or specialist to maintain your wellbeing and independence at home for as long as possible.

We offer a range of clinical services such as assessments, continence care, wound management and medication management.
